Trinh's inquiry arrived in our inbox in January. Were we available to officiate on June 23? We told her we were and described her options: officiating + our customized template ceremony or officiating + a custom-written ceremony (and, of course, we can always help with vows!). A quick phone call was in order to review the information and for her to get to know us a bit.

After chatting on the phone and sending an excerpt of our template ceremony, we were ready to roll! Her follow-up email said it all:
